The result was The Synova Group, a management company created to serve and strengthen its family of group home brands: Genesis, TruHope, IVY, and Glacial Lakes.
We helped bring this vision to life by developing the Synova Group brand and redesigning each individual company’s identity—from logos and messaging to photography, websites, and marketing materials. Each brand maintains its own voice and mission, while clearly connecting to a shared purpose.
The launch culminated in an unforgettable employee kickoff event on the field at U.S. Bank Stadium—an epic moment that reinforced unity, pride, and belief in what the organization is building together.
